Responsibilities
- Assess clients' vocational strengths, weaknesses, and interests.
- Develop and implement individualized employment plans.
- Provide career counseling, job placement, and follow-up services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.
- Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
- Participate in community outreach and networking events.
- Stay updated on best practices and industry trends.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in vocational rehabilitation or related services.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and case management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of local labor market and community resources.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
