Join our growing team as a Behavior Technician (RBT) in Chennai! We're seeking passionate individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent treatment.
- Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification in progress.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
