Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain safety programs and systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Provide safety training and awareness programs.
- Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Prepare reports and documentation on safety-related activities.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement safety strategies.
- Stay updated with OSHA regulations and best practices.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure safety is integrated into all operations.
Qualifications
- OSHA 30 or 50-hour certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry-specific safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and safety management software.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
