Join GreenLeaf Construction Inc. as our Site Superintendent and help us build the future of sustainable construction in Vancouver. We're seeking a motivated and experienced professional to oversee our construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor site staff and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
- Implement and maintain site safety protocols.
- Coordinate and manage project resources and materials.
- Prepare and submit project reports and progress updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role.
- Valid BC Construction Safety Officer certification.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Construction Management or related field is an asset.
