Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with industry partners and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Familiarity with Dutch construction regulations and standards.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
- Certification by a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS, NEN) is a plus.
