Responsibilities
- Lead complex urban planning projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and master planning.
- Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with urban planning trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to our firm's growth.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in urban planning, with at least 3 years at a senior level.
- Licensed as a Professional Planner (AICP) or equivalent.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing projects.
