Responsibilities
- Lead urban planning projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and master planning.
- Prepare and present planning reports, zoning analyses, and environmental impact statements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on urban planning trends and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to office management.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in urban planning, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Licensed as a Professional Planner (AICP) or equivalent.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills.
