Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing urban plans and policies.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including residents, businesses, and government agencies.
- Conducting research and analysis to inform planning decisions.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Staying up-to-date with urban planning trends and best practices.
- Assisting in the management of planning projects.
- Participating in public meetings and community events.
- Contributing to the creation of a sustainable, inclusive, and resilient city.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in urban planning (3+ years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of Dutch urban planning policies and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
