Responsibilities
- Lead urban planning projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on master planning, zoning, and land use projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, prepare reports, and make presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior planners and support their professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in urban planning, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Licensed as a Professional Planner (AICP) or equivalent.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS software.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and projects.
