Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of experience in urban planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with zoning codes, land use, and environmental regulations.
- Licensed as a Professional Planner (AICP) preferred.
