Responsibilities
- Lead complex urban planning projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create innovative and sustainable designs.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other documents to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth and development of team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in urban planning, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Certification by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) is a plus.
