Join our dynamic team as a Senior Urban Planner in the heart of New York City. We're seeking a passionate, experienced professional to lead complex urban planning projects and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage urban planning projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and master planning.
- Prepare and present planning reports, studies, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals.
- Stay updated on urban planning trends, policies, and regulations.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to office-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in urban planning, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Licensed as a Professional Planner (AICP) or eligible for licensure.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex planning projects.
