Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in urban planning.
- Licensed as a Professional Planner (AICP) or eligible for licensure.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in New York City urban planning is a plus.
