Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in urban planning, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Licensed as a Professional Planner (AICP) or equivalent.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS software.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and leading projects.
