Responsibilities
- Lead urban planning projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports, plans, and recommendations to clients and governing bodies.
- Stay up-to-date with urban planning trends and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in urban planning, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Licensed as a Professional Planner (AICP) or working towards licensure.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and other relevant software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
