Responsibilities
- Lead complex urban planning projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create comprehensive plans.
- Conduct feasibility studies, zoning analyses, and environmental impact assessments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.
- Engage with stakeholders, including community members, government officials, and developers.
- Stay up-to-date with urban planning trends and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to our firm's knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in urban planning, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Licensed as a Professional Planner (AICP) or eligible for licensure.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex urban planning projects.
- Passion for sustainable and equitable urban development.
