Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in urban planning, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Licensed as a Professional Planner (AICP) or eligible for licensure.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with zoning codes, land use regulations, and environmental impact assessments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
