Responsibilities
- Lead complex urban planning projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate land use, transportation, and environmental considerations.
- Prepare and present reports, studies, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth and development of team members.
- Stay current with urban planning trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in urban planning.
- Proven experience in leading complex projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS software.
- Certification by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) preferred.
