Responsibilities
- Lead urban planning projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate land use, transportation, and environmental considerations.
- Prepare and present planning reports, studies, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on urban planning trends, policies, and best practices.
- Mentor junior planners and contribute to the firm's growth.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in urban planning, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Licensed as a Professional Planner (AICP) or equivalent.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with LEED, SITES, or other green building certifications is a plus.
