Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in unemployment claims processing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal unemployment laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant case management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
