Join our dedicated team at Hope Haven Community Services as a Senior Social Worker, where you'll make a tangible difference in the lives of children and families in need. We're seeking a compassionate, experienced professional to provide direct clinical services and coordinate care for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services.
- Document progress notes and maintain client records.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Supervise and mentor junior social workers and interns.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Active California LCSW license.
- At least 5 years of post-MSW experience in child and family services.
- Strong clinical skills and experience with evidence-based treatments.
- Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred but not required.
