- Handle guest concerns and provide solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized serving area.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior serving role (3+ years).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of fine dining and wine service preferred.
- Valid food handler's certification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree or certification a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages a plus.
