Join Chennai's most vibrant and premium bar & kitchen as our new Bartender! We're looking for a passionate and skilled professional to mix up our signature cocktails and provide exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies.
- Cash handling and balancing at the end of the shift.
- Work collaboratively with our kitchen and F&B team.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Upsell and recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent knowledge of mixed drinks and spirits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Valid Bartending License (if required by local regulations).
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
