Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager and lead our construction projects to success. We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in construction management to oversee our projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinating and managing project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Preparing and submitting project reports to senior management.
- Negotiating contracts and managing project changes.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in construction project management.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
