Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure project compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Prepare and submit project reports to senior management.
- Mentor and develop junior project managers.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Negotiate and manage project contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
