Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress, manage resources, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure projects comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Negotiate and manage project contracts.
- Contribute to business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience in leading complex projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
- Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Certification by a professional organization (e.g., PMP, LEED AP) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
