Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical trial protocols.
- Oversee drug formulation, stability, and compatibility studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure drug safety and efficacy.
- Prepare and review regulatory documents.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Mentor junior pharmacists and interns.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings.
- Manage and maintain accurate drug inventory.
Qualifications
- PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in clinical research or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing clinical trials.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical trial software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
