Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and provide quality care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
- Provide patient education and discharge instructions.
- Perform basic wound care and dressings.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current NYS LPN license.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in urgent care or emergency setting.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong assessment skills and ability to prioritize patient needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
