Responsibilities
- Advising clients on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations.

- Managing and mentoring junior lawyers.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in corporate law and best practices.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor with at least 8 years' PQE.
- Strong experience in corporate law, preferably in a top-tier law firm or in-house.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions and projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
