We are seeking a seasoned Senior Contract Negotiator to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by negotiating and closing complex contracts with our clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead contract negotiations with clients and partners.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align contracts.
- Manage contract portfolio and ensure timely renewals.
- Provide legal guidance to the team on contract-related matters.
- Stay updated with legal trends and best practices in contract law.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Law or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong understanding of business and contract law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
