Qualifications
- JD or equivalent degree with a focus on patent law.
- Active patent bar registration.
- 7+ years of experience in patent prosecution.
- Strong technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in patent prosecution software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
