Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in New York. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure project compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Prepare and review project reports and documents.
- Manage project risks and issues.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop junior project managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience managing projects over $50 million.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- Familiarity with New York's construction industry is preferred.
