Responsibilities
- Lead urban planning projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including local communities, businesses, and government bodies.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and environmental impact assessments.
- Stay up-to-date with urban planning trends, policies, and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in urban planning.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch urban planning regulations and processes.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
