Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of scientists in drug discovery and development projects.
- Design and implement experimental strategies to validate and advance drug candidates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemistry, pharmacology, and toxicology.
- Prepare and present scientific data and reports to management and external partners.
- Stay updated with the latest scientific developments and incorporate them into our research.
Qualifications
- PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in drug discovery and development.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
- Strong publication record and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for drug approval.
