- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status and forecast.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product updates to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role (1+ years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Familiarity with sales development best practices and tools.
