Responsibilities
- Review and approve medication orders
- Consult with patients and healthcare providers
- Perform medication therapy management
- Ensure medication safety and accuracy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
- Active registration with the Dutch Association of Pharmacists (NPA)
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with pharmacy software
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid work permit for the Netherlands
