Responsibilities
- Proactively manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.
- Provide regular customer feedback to internal teams to drive product improvement.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to the development of customer success best practices and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with customer success software a plus.
- Familiarity with tech industry trends and products a plus.
