Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for our customers.
- Proactively manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our sales and product teams to gather and prioritize customer feedback.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention.
- Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver solutions.
- Prepare and deliver regular customer status reports and presentations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer success processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn our products.
- Familiarity with the tech industry is a plus.
