Responsibilities
- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support clients' emotional and psychological well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid registration with the Dutch Association of Psychologists (NIP) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Empathetic and compassionate nature with a commitment to client-centered care.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
