Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to healthcare team.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and specialists.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Perform clinical tasks such as wound care, IV therapy, and phlebotomy.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (Verpleegkundige) degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient care.
- Current registration with the Dutch Nursing Association (Nursing and Care Sector Council).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
