Responsibilities
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
- Assist physicians with data entry and EHR navigation
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- Proficient typing speed (at least 40 WPM)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Previous medical scribe or similar experience preferred
