Responsibilities

- Investigate and resolve billing issues.

- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Certification in Medical Billing and Coding (CBCS/CMBC) preferred.
- Associate's degree or relevant experience in medical billing or coding.
- Proficient in medical terminology and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with medical software and billing systems.
