- Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Contribute to the development of new services and products based on client feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in key account management or a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience with account planning and strategy development.
