Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare administration, with at least 3 years in a director-level role.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
