- Maintain guest profiles and update information in the property management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform shift duties, including cash handling and balancing.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or related customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in English; bilingualism is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
