Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples from patients
- Prepare and maintain blood collection supplies
- Perform venipuncture and skin puncture procedures
- Document and maintain accurate patient records
- Assist in specimen transportation
- Follow standard safety protocols

- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Phlebotomist
- Minimum 1 year of experience in phlebotomy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check
