Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Collaborate with the sous chef and executive chef to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Proficiency in cooking various cuisines and techniques.
- Strong knife skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Food Handler's Certification preferred.
