Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment
- Assist in the installation and removal of temporary structures
- Load and unload materials
- Perform manual labor tasks as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
