Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in a high-volume, fine dining establishment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in French pastry techniques.
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and allergy protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
