Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for our beverage portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform product development.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and retirement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors.
- Monitor and analyze product performance using sales data and consumer feedback.
- Manage a team of product managers and provide mentorship and guidance.
- Represent our company at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in beverage product management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record of driving product success and innovation.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the New York beverage market is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
